Your nickname and profile image are stored on your device. They leave it only if you join the ranking, which is described below. Tritter does not request or retain your date of birth. Private keys and the recovery phrase are stored in the device Keychain and are never sent to Tritter.
The ranking is off until you explicitly join it. If you join, Tritter stores:
The wallet address is used momentarily to verify the enrolment signature and is transformed into the technical identifier before the ranking profile is stored. Other users see your nickname, profile image, savings level and ranking position. They do not see balances, wallet addresses, account identifiers, dates, or support messages.
If you decline, the rest of the app remains available. You may later withdraw consent or request deletion through Help. Tritter then deletes the linked nickname, profile image, savings level, identifier, statistics, snapshots and authentication token. The consumed participant number is not assigned to another person, but no personal data remains attached to it.
Wallet addresses and submitted transactions are public on TON or TRON. Blockchain nodes and infrastructure providers receive the addresses and transaction data needed to read balances, prepare transactions, broadcast them and confirm their status.
When Tritter sponsors TRON energy, its server processes the wallet address, operation, timestamp and cryptographic signature. A wallet transfer can additionally require the destination address, amount and fee parameters. These details are used only to prepare the requested operation, prevent fraud and enforce short-term service limits. The private key never leaves the device.
Tritter sends a small number of one-off counters that record whether a step happened at all — a wallet was created, a first piggy bank was opened, the ranking invitation was shown, accepted or declined. Each is sent once per device and carries nothing but the name of the event: no wallet address, no account identifier, not even a random install id. They cannot be linked to you or to each other, and they are used only to understand where people stop using the app.
When you choose to write to support, Tritter receives the message, category, app version and pseudonymous account identifier. A bug report may include a crash summary only when you send it. Support messages are not public and are retained until they are deleted with the associated profile or upon a valid deletion request.
Data is used only to operate the requested ranking, provide support, count the anonymous milestones described above, sponsor network resources, secure the service and complete blockchain operations. Tritter does not sell personal data, show behavioural advertising, or track people across other companies' apps and websites. Hosting, blockchain-node and energy providers process only the data necessary to provide their respective services.
Ranking data is retained while you participate and is deleted when you leave. Operational security data is kept only for the period needed to complete the operation, enforce short-term limits and investigate abuse, subject to infrastructure logs and applicable law. You may request access, correction or deletion through Tritter support.
The data controller is the Tritter developer identified in the App Store listing. Privacy and deletion requests can be submitted through the in-app Help screen or Tritter Support.
